Of course - exercise is fundamental as well, however, you can think of exercise as the spark and nutrition as the fuel for the fire of transformation. When we stimulate our muscles in the right way, our bodies' natural response is restoration, repair, and overcompensation (muscle growth.) These processes naturally spike our metabolisms, causing our bodies to either pack on more muscle or shred fat to maintain balance.

Bailey is an Engineer from NZ who recently moved to Australia to pursue his engineering career.
We met at the gym and he inquired about my coaching services as he was not happy with his current physique. His goals of losing fat and increasing muscle mass were based around his desire to be the authority when walking into a room, both in his professional and personal life.
Whether it’s in the office or at the bar, Bailey has seen a drastic change in his confidence and how he is treated by others. Starting at 100kg, Bailey followed the training and diet plan set out closely and we dropped him to 89kg.
This was a considerable effort with fat loss and was just step 1 towards his goals. We continue working together and Bailey has now increased his weight back up to 97kg, increasing his lean muscle mass and being that authority throughout his life as he has always wanted to be.
Tom is currently completing his PhD in evolutionary psychology, with minimal free time and little knowledge in training and nutrition, he had put on excess weight and was not happy with his body. He tried various diets and programs but never achieved the results he desired, leading to him giving up and believing the gym just wasn’t for him.
Tom approached me with his goals of fat loss and muscle gain for a variety of reasons, not only physical health and wellbeing but also self-confidence and mental wellbeing. We began working toward these goals, taking into account his busy lifestyle and creating a plan that allowed good progress while not affecting the other aspects of his life.
